Fatima Silva is a trial attorney dedicated to her clients. As a litigator, she fights for people accused of crimes in courtrooms around the Bay Area. Her successes and devotion have led to her being selected to star on the TV show “Reasonable Doubt”, where she partners up with a homicide detective to help families whose loved ones have been convicted of murder. Ms. Silva teaches trial skills to competitors of the San Francisco and Alameda County Mock Trial Competition.
Ms. Silva also represents victims who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. She litigates wrongful death and personal injury cases against individual defendants, corporations, and insurance companies.
Fatima Silva is a Bay Area native. After attending law school in New York, she returned to California to work closely with James V. McGrail, a top defense attorney who was a former sheriff and a prosecutor. After several years and following the passing of her mentor, Ms. Silva started Silva Law.
Ms. Silva earned her B.S. in Political Science with Honors from St. Mary’s College of California and graduated Cum Laude from Pace University School of Law in New York. She is fluent in Spanish.
In her spare time, Ms. Silva can be found singing at local events, hiking around the Bay Area, or volunteering with local organizations..
