Fatima Silva is a Bay Area native. Her practice areas include Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and Immigration. After attending law school in New York, she returned to California where she practiced with the Law Offices of James V. McGrail for several years. Following the passing of Mr. McGrail, Ms. Silva started Silva Law.
Ms. Silva earned her B.S. in Political Science with Honors from St. Mary’s College of California and graduated Cum Laude from Pace University School of Law in New York.
In her spare time, Ms. Silva is a host on the ID network's Reasonable Doubt Season 2. She is also an Attorney Coach for the Alameda County Mock Trial Competition.
Memberships include: San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (SFTLA), California DUI Lawyers Association (CDLA), California Public Defenders Association (CPDA), East Bay La Raza Lawyers Association (EBLRLA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
